Our Story
Peck Commercial Construction began with a simple belief: great buildings start with great people.
Collins and Rachel Peck founded the company with a shared vision for what construction should feel like—personal, honest, and rooted in lasting relationships. After more than 15 years building some of Oklahoma City's most recognizable projects, Collins set out to build a company rooted in personal relationships—where clients are heard, supported, and informed, and where the trades in the field are treated as skilled partners essential to the project's success.
Born and raised in Enid and educated in Construction Science at the University of Oklahoma, Collins spent his career leading complex, high-profile projects across Oklahoma City—from the Myriad Gardens Crystal Bridge renovation to major developments on the Chesapeake Energy campus and the 12-story mixed-use Citizen building downtown. His experience managing projects from early design through completion shaped the way PECK approaches every job: with clarity, collaboration, and deep respect for the people involved.
Rachel brings her own strengths to the business, helping ground the company in its values and ensuring PECK reflects the character they want to model for their three young children. Together, they've built a company that's as much about people as it is about buildings.

Feasibility Studies & Risk Assessment
We help owners and developers quickly understand whether a renovation, new build, or property upgrade makes sense. Drawing on years of experience in commercial construction, we provide realistic budgets and timelines based on a detailed review of your site, existing structures, and planned improvements.
We also work closely with your architect to deliver the information you need to make confident, informed decisions about your project.
Preconstruction Services
We work closely with your team from the start. On most projects, we're brought in alongside the architect to review cost, budget, and constructability during the design phase. This early stage offers the best opportunity to shape the project scope so it fits your budget.
Having PECK involved at the table ensures you get accurate, up‑to‑date information about project costs and how they may change—helping you make informed decisions before construction begins.
Construction Phase Services
We leverage our strong network of trusted trade partners and suppliers to competitively bid your project and establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Our experienced builders use the Last Planner System to organize, schedule, and coordinate all trades throughout construction.
Through daily huddles, weekly work plans, and regular Owner‑Architect‑Contractor meetings, we keep every stakeholder aligned and informed. This consistent communication and planning help ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget.
Closeout
The closeout phase is critical, even though it’s often overlooked. During this stage, we collect all required closeout documents from trade partners, deliver accurate as‑built drawings, and train your team on how to operate and maintain the building. We respond quickly to any warranty items and follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved.
